1Nature of Our Service

Doctors Placements acts as a facilitator and intermediary: we connect doctors with hospitals and institutions, hospital owners with buyers, lessees and investors, and equipment buyers with sellers. We are not the employer, buyer, seller, lender, or legal advisor in any engagement, and the final agreement in every engagement is between the parties themselves.

2Accurate Information

You confirm that all information you provide — including qualifications, registrations, experience, hiring requirements, property particulars, and equipment details — is true, current, and complete. Misrepresentation may result in refusal or discontinuation of service.

3No Guarantee of Outcome

We work on a best-effort basis. Submitting a profile, requirement, or listing does not guarantee a placement, hire, sale, lease, funding, purchase, or any specific timeline or terms.

4Engagements Route Through Us

Where two parties are introduced to each other by Doctors Placements, they agree to conduct that engagement — including its discussions and terms — through Doctors Placements. Bypassing us to deal directly after an introduction, in order to avoid our involvement or applicable fees, is a breach of these terms.

5Fees & Payments

Applicable service terms and fees, where any, are communicated clearly and upfront before an engagement begins — there are no hidden charges. Make payments only against terms confirmed by Mr. Mohit (+91 92169 99555) or Mr. Arnav (+91 78377 80722) on our official numbers. Doctors Placements will never ask for your OTPs, passwords, or card details.

6Confidentiality — Lease & Sale

Hospital lease, sale, and rental transactions are handled with discretion. Listing information, documents, photographs, and financial particulars shared with you are provided on a need-to-know basis and must not be circulated, published, or shared with third parties without our consent and the owner's consent.

7Communication Consent

By submitting any form on this website or contacting us on WhatsApp, you authorize Doctors Placements to send you communications related to your inquiry and relevant opportunities via phone call, WhatsApp, SMS, and email, including if your number is on the DND registry. You may opt out at any time by informing us.

8Professional Conduct

All parties are expected to deal respectfully and honestly. Contact details of members in our WhatsApp and Telegram communities must not be scraped, misused, or used for unsolicited marketing.

9Independent Verification

Final due diligence rests with the engaging parties. Hospitals should verify credentials and registrations before appointment; buyers and lessees should verify titles, licences, approvals, and financials; equipment buyers should inspect items before purchase. We recommend obtaining independent legal and financial advice for high-value transactions.

10Third-Party Links & Communities

Our website links to third-party platforms including WhatsApp, Telegram, and www.doctorsmatrimonials.com. These are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for content or conduct on third-party platforms.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Doctors Placements shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for the acts, omissions, or performance of any party introduced through our services. Our role is limited to facilitation as described in these terms.

12Right to Refuse or Discontinue

We may decline, suspend, or discontinue service to any party at our discretion, including for breach of these terms, misrepresentation, or misconduct.

13Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.

14Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
